Oobleck Recipe - Solid or Liquid?

We find that at camp, the words messy and fun go hand-in-hand. This recipe was a pretty big hit, so we thought we would pass it on. Making Oobleck is great for parties, rainy days, or even a pretty cool science project. In some ways, Oobleck is similar to slime. But it has some very strange differences. Oobleck is both a solid and a liquid! Impossible!, you say? Experience it for yourself.

Not one to be left behind, Jean went in fully clothed. It was a balmy fifty-five degrees, the sun was shining, and there was not a cloud in the sky. The lake teperature was just perfect for swimming. All that was missing was a beach ball, some floaty mats, and of course, the Blob! But don’t worry....

She has been doing her own laundry for a while and was quite proud to tell me she had to show someone how to fold pants! I know that academics are a priority, but would she be able to make friends, fit in, and feel comfortable away from home? It turns out, having her...
