At Kingsley Pines Camp, our food is fresh, tasty, and nutritious. So what makes our food different from other camps? Our Food Service Director makes much of our food from scratch and purchases local produce when possible.

Food is served buffet style with plenty of options for everyone, even those picky eaters out there. We eat every meal at picnic tables next to the lake. If it is raining, we eat inside the Dining Hall. Campers sit at a table with the members of their cabin during lunch, but they are welcome to sit with whomever they like for breakfast and dinner.

Believe it or not, campers love our salad bar! We keep it very well stocked with loads of fresh veggies. Some common items include: Romaine lettuce, Mesclun, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, artichokes, carrots, green peppers, roasted red peppers, sprouts, chick peas, beets, radishes, cabbage, baby corn, sliced mushrooms, tofu, & more!

Special Dietary Needs and Food Allergies

Our Food Service Director takes care to provide meal alternatives for those with special dietary needs. We are peanut free and tree nut free. Gluten free options are provide at every meal. Most other food allergies can be accommodated. Please contact our Director, Alan Kissack, to discuss your child's specific needs.


Are you a vegetarian or vegan? No worries. We've got you covered. There are vegetarian options at every meal. These include dishes like stuffed green peppers, falafel with cucumber sauce, Pad Thai, marinated shitake mushrooms, veggie burritos, stir fry, chili with tofu, and veggie burgers.
